I love this office! I've been going here for years, as have many of my family members. They also have a machine that can help look more at your eye without having to dilate it, and it's absolutely wonderful! Overall, all of the staff and doctors here have always been super helpful and kind. Definitely recommend it.

I am patient of Dr Venus Tsai. I have been seeing her since 2020 when she was at another practice and then follow her when she moved to Irvine Hoag Hospital then to her current practice at Woodbrige Optometry. Even though I moved to Japan I schedule an annual appointment with Dr Tsai when I am back in California. I look forward to having my eye examinaton with Dr Tsai and the staff at Woodbridge Optometry. I appreciate the professionalism and care given to me. Dr Tsai's pleasant manner and thoroughness gives me peace of mind that I have receive the best care possible. I never feel rushed during the examination and she provides me with the most accurate information on the condition of my eyes and trust her fully with her after visit recommendations and any necessary examination with a specialist. Woodbridge Optometry is fortunate to have someone like Dr Tsai on staff and have recommended her to family and friends. Thank you

Although English is my second language, every staff member was kind, patient, and helpful.

I chose the Shamir Autograph Intelligence progressive lenses, and after several adjustments, they are now very comfortable. I am very happy with the final result and satisfied with both the lenses and the service.

The only thing I wish had been better is that I did not receive a certificate of authenticity or any documentation for the Shamir lenses. I also found it difficult to locate the laser engraving that identifies the lenses as genuine

Woodbridge Optometry is a wonderful place to handle your eye care needs. I came here, the first time, because the screw on my eyeglasses came out and I was looking for a place to get this repaired. Not only did they fix it within 15-20 minutes that day itself, but they were so kind. From the people at the front desk to the optometrist herself, everyone was so competent and extremely friendly. They fixed my glasses perfectly and they cleaned the lenses too! I will be coming here for all my future eyeglass needs. They really impressed!

While visiting Irvine from New York I had a medical issue with one of my eyes. The office was able to squeeze me in even though they were completely booked for the day. The receptionist was friendly and very helpful. The doctor was extremely thorough and spent a good deal of time with me. I would highly recommend this office!
