What to Expect
During your first visit with us we will spend a little extra time in reviewing your information so that we can fully understand your specific eye health and support your specific needs. Our practice is fully HIPAA compliant and we have already adopted Electronic Medical Records for all of our patients. As part of ensuring your record security we do ask to take a photo of you for our files as an additional security step to ensure that unauthorized people don’t get access to your private health information. While many doctors are still thinking about transitioning to EMR, we stay ahead with new technology at Woodbridge Optometry.
Dry Eye Questionnaire
Complete our Dry Eye Questionnaire if you think you have problems with dryness to your eyes. Please bring the form with you to your next visit to Woodbridge Optometry. The doctors will diagnosis the type of dry eye and prescribe a treatment plan to help control your dry eye.
Read our Privacy Notice to learn more about your right to privacy under HIPAA regulations and how we protect your privacy.
